Charlie Britton brings over 30 years of experience in independent school leadership to his role as Founder and CEO of Britton Education Group. A former head of school, trustee, and board chair, Charlie has a deep, inside understanding of the strategic, cultural, and relational dimensions that drive successful fundraising in the independent school and nonprofit world.
Prior to founding Britton Education Group, Charlie served in leadership roles at top independent schools, where he helped guide transformative capital campaigns, facility expansions, and institutional growth. His approach is grounded in collaboration, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to helping each school tell its story in a way that resonates with donors and community stakeholders.
